This position will work with the Vendor and Material Management QMS team located in central NJ and remotely with global site and GxP functional area teams located in US, EU and Asia. This position will support the GxP Approved Vendor Portal project. This support will include managing/execution of data cleansing and data migration supporting the implementation of the enterprise-wide system utilized in the management and qualification of GxP Vendors. Deliverables may include but are not limited to: creation of tools such as collection templates, forms, work instructions/job aides, execution of User Acceptance Testing, and second verification documentation. Project needs will develop over the course of the year so the actual project scope may vary but the successful candidate will be trained in Vendor Qualification and Material Management processes, as well as exposure to and interaction with Veeva quality vault enterprise system.

- Frequent contact with site Supplier Manager, Global/Site Procurement, Global/Site Supply Chain, Vendor Oversight Teams, Site Quality representatives, and GxP Functional Area vendor teams
- Contact Vendors to confirm accuracy of information as required
Key Responsibilities
- Meet daily with project constituency to drive project including regularly scheduled meetings
- Data analysis
- Finding ways to make data collection more efficient
- Coordinates data collection with the key stakeholders
- Routine clean-up/data migration status updates
- Communication/escalation of potential risks to project deliverables
- Data cleansing and migration
Skills and Proficiency
- Proficiency with MS Suite, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Ability to work with large volumes of data utilizing Excel to sort and categorize data (eg. Pivot Tables)
- Ability to write Excel macros to filter and isolate data sets
- Eligibility to work in the United States without future need for sponsorship
