Overview
Join our Burlington family as a Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst! The TA Operations Analyst will work closely with Manager of TA Operations to define business problems, run various analyses, and develop well supported solutions with specific recommendations that will enable the Talent Acquisition team, in partnership with the business, to make critical business decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Work with TA leadership and key stakeholders to understand and document current process within Talent Acquisition to identify opportunities
- Mine and leverage enterprise data to support the strategic plans and systemic recommendations related to improving the Talent Acquisition process
- Lead competitor analysis initiatives to understand the TA marketplace
- In partnership with TA leadership, make recommendations to help inform business decisions to drive process improvements, with focus on speed and efficiency
- Assist in creating and edit presentations, project plans, reports, and analytical data
- Explain analysis clearly and simply to Strategy team leaders and business stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from an accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or Business-related field preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in a highly analyticalrolesuch as analyst, marketing research, retail planning, or similar. Experience with Workday and iCIMS preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems and recommend solutions quickly and accurately taking business needs into account
- Strong communicator, able to work cross-functionally to accomplish tasks
- Effective verbal and written communication skills enabling interaction with all levels of management and staff within the organization
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel experience is a must including proficiency with Vlookup and Pivot table
- Must be highly organized
