We are looking for a smart, collaborative, hard-working Business Analyst to be part of a team-building an amazing multimodal transport experience. You are an accomplished, hands-on analyst or product manager. You will be responsible for defining and refining product backlog, market research, requirement elicitation & documentation of Bussr’s new product ideas, and playing the Scrum Product Owner role. By maintaining good customer and market knowledge, you will successfully build and iterate products that help transform the mobility experience.

Responsibilities
- Understand the product vision and drive product releases in collaboration with key stakeholders from product, engineering, UX, sales, marketing, support & business.
- Articulate the product requirements to engineering in multiple business acceptable formats including User Stories, Use Cases.
- Develop user stories, define acceptance criteria & maintain quality tollgates
- Understand, review, analyze and evaluate business needs
- Develop a deep understanding of the inhouse developed products, seek out improvements within our applications
- Define and manage the scope of projects throughout the product development lifecycle anticipating issues and proactively recommending solutions
- Act as liaison between the product team and engineering at all stages of the product development lifecycle.
- Coordinate and collaborate across business and technology functions to ensure comprehensive solutions are delivered
- Work across teams to drive efficiency and meet deadlines
- Assist with design and documentation of existing and new applications and ensure that documentation produced accurately reflects the functionality delivered
- Participate in system test reviews, development design reviews, usability studies, status meetings, and product/ feature walkthroughs
- Functional testing and sign-off of the features being delivered in the sprint
- Act as a Scrum Product Owner leading Agile software development stages & releases
- Maintain the health of the product backlog in collaboration with key stakeholders to stay relevant to the product strategy & help the team in implementation, from the customer point of view.
- Internalize and represent the customers’ voice throughout the product lifecycle
- Track and present multiple reports & analytics for products, sprints, business goals, value delivered, and other parameters.
- Work with internal and external teams & partners distributed across timezones & regions.
- Work closely with customer support to prioritize customer/field reported product issues and keep the support teams updated on the progress
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree with a focus in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science
- 4is + years experience as a business analyst in a global organization.
- Experience creating visual representations of data structures, business processes and user interfaces strongly preferred
- Experience documenting complex systems and procedures
- Strong professional communication both written and verbal
- Strong understanding of Agile Values and Scrum Methodology and software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Experience in working with distributed remote teams across time zones & regions.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams within and outside the organization.
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Slack.
- Critical thinking, good presentation & communication (both written and verbal) skills, problem-solving, ability to juggle multiple initiatives at the same time.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and excellent follow-through skills, collaborative, approachable, good listener, and resourceful.
- Technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies is desirable.
- Previous experience in developing mobility or transportation solutions is a plus.
