Job Detail:
About the internship
1. Define functional and non-functional requirements & perform GAP analysis.
2. Translating requirements into Product Features, Building & revising the feature board.
3. Writing SMART User Stories / JIRA & Confluence.
4. Mapping Information Architecture, defining product navigation, and labeling – UX work.
5. Basic wireframing skills with Balsamiq, Figma.
6. Writing UAT Cases and performing UAT, performing quality assurance with the dev team.
7. Help design, document, and maintain system processes for the entire product lifecycle.
8. Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues, and deliver better value to the product team.
Who can apply
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 10th Jun’24 and 15th Jul’24
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements
1. Certifications or Courses in Business Analysis (CBAP) or Product Management.
2. Prior internship as a BA or PM is highly preferred.
3. Basic knowledge of generating process documentation.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing.
