Roles and Responsibilities
- Analyze the business requirement
- Build the Functional Specifications
- Create proposals for projects
- Documentation
- Client Communication
- Give Demos to prospective/existing client
- Multitask and manage deliverable priorities
- Explain the requirement/issue to project team and test the fixes done by programmer
Desired Candidate Profile
A BE MBA IT will be an ideal fit. However MCA or other IT Related qualifications will also be considered.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience is required
• High level of expertise in using MS office Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio
• Functional understanding of one or more of the following types of IT systems ERP (SAP, Dynamics), CRM (salesforce, MS CRM), E-Commerce, BOTS, HRMS, Accounting etc
Experience with Cloud Application preferred.
- A BA Certification is an added advantage
• Overseas experience is a plus
Good communication skills
- Experience in Client Engagement
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Should be confident with willingness to learn
- Exposure to SharePoint Online, 0365, SharePoint On Premise, .Net, MSBI, Azure, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate preferred
