What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Responsible for the development of business process related solutions for internal and/or external customers.
  • Defines client needs, determines potential strategies, applies industry best practices and develops a plan/proposal for delivery of the project.
  • Analyzes business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business processes and workflow.
  • Coordinates with business and/or technology teams ascertaining requirements, such as program functions, output requirements, input data acquisition, execution of user acceptance and may coordinate testing, and system techniques and controls.
  • Analyzes improvement programs and potential results.
  • Facilitates and coaches improvement teams.
  • Establishes and maintains performance metrics to measure program success.


More About the Role:

  • Conducting site visits to analyze equipment and established processes.
  • Interviewing staff and management to determine the efficacy of personnel.
  • Gathering and processing data to identify process performance areas.
  • Designing workflow and process strategies to improve business performance.
  • Creating and presenting process reports for client approval.
  • Overseeing the implementation of revised company processes and workflows.
  • Monitoring the efficacy of updated workflows; staying up to date with the latest business practices and technologies.


You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 7 years of related work with 5+ years’ experience as a process analyst
  • US Citizenship, Top Secret (TS) security clearance with Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) indoctrination.
  • Requires a Full Scope Polygraph.


These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of process and improvement models (LEAN,/SixSigma, ISO 9000) Broad knowledge of project management.
  • Familiarity with Government Property control/management.
  • Understand how ERP, BPM, CRM and BI tools operate. Proven portfolio of completed projects.
  • Advanced understanding of business functions, workflows, and processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detailed knowledge of workflow and process control software.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good interpersonal and interviewing skills.
  • Experience with team management.

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $71,800-$147,200. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
