Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Basic understanding of Active Directory, LDAP, DNS, TCP/IP, and technologies
- Windows 2012/2016/2020 server administration (4+ Years)
- Internet Information Services (IIS)
- Creating/Configuring/Managing/Tuning new/existing IIS Sites
- Managing SSL Certificates
- Virtual Directories
- Troubleshooting
- System Performance Tuning/Monitoring
- Business Intelligence experience
- Familiarity/experience with BI Software/Server Suites
- Tableau
- R/ Rstudio
- Power BI
- SAS
- Implementing and supporting complex BI / Analytical Solutions
Integration experience with various technologies Including:
- Microsoft BI, .Net, Java, WebSphere, OAM, MQ, IIS
- Good understanding of internal databases such as SQL Server
- Able to obtain usage, statistics, monitor performance, review permissions
- Relational Database experience
- Experience working with SQL/Oracle/Teradata
- Ability to troubleshoot SQL Queries
- Experience with planning, testing, and implementing software upgrades
- Experience using tracing/debugger tools such as Fiddler, Log Parser, Wireshark, etc
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to work on multiple concurrent projects with little manager oversight
- Ability to work with users across multiple skill levels to explain technology/troubleshooting in a way that any user can understand
- Availability to work in an on-call rotation (24×7 rotations)
