The Customer First Practice within Capgeminiโ€™s Insights and Data Group helps clients to evolve and transform what they offer, how they operate, and how they acquire, engage and retain their customers using Data, Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence. We aim to help clients across various industries generate growth by becoming a Customer Centric Data-driven Organizations. Our audiences notably include CMO, CDO, CEO or Chief Experience Officers.

What you will do:
You will work with colleagues from across the firm to help companies multiply their growth via implementing best-in-class agile marketing and personalization, enabled by data and technology. You will apply your distinctive level of subject matter expertise to shape CxO level agenda on digital marketing and growth by developing specific marketing strategies and transformation initiatives that accelerate customer acquisition and customer value across channels.
Leveraging your expertise, youโ€™ll help to advance Capgeminiโ€™s overall knowledge base by contributing to and expanding our diagnostic and assessment toolkit and approaches. You will also develop new frameworks, approaches and techniques in addition to building on existing ones.
In your role you will:

  • Design, build and integrate data pipelines, data lakes, clean rooms and CDPs
  • Collaborate with upstream and downstream technical teams to develop integrations to provide a seamless flow of marketing assets from planning to delivery.
  • Implement engineering best practices to continuously deliver working software by mentoring other developers
  • You will use your in-depth experience in software development to write clean, tested, and well-documented code

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 4 years minimum data engineering experience
  • Strong foundation in Python and SQL
  • Experienced in building data pipelines and APIs in GCP
  • Developed highly reliable data pipelines from both batch and/or real-time data sources
  • Understands of trade-offs of architectural patterns and comfort in recommending approaches and associated technology choices
  • Experience in designing data models that reduce data redundancy, streamline data movements, and improve enterprise information management
  • Hand-on experience in dimensional modelling for large analytical processing platform.
  • Proven experience developing models for Applications and Business Intelligence solutions
  • Experienced with utilizing DevOps techniques and practices like CI/CD for DDLs
  • Ability to transform the logical representation of the model into a physical representation
  • Recommend and establish standards, guidelines, and procedures for design and maintenance.
  • Ability to think dynamically across many different and varying technologies
  • Has the skill to partner with cross-functional teams using strong written and verbal communication
  • Strategy Oriented, with deep expertise in business and wide knowledge in enterprise management and superior level of problem solving coupled with strong interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and communicate with a wide range of non-technical and low technology literacy stakeholders and customers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of the ad-tech ecosystem, bid managers, ad servers, DPs, and DSPS and an advanced knowledge of complementary marketing technologies such as CDPs, DMPs, decision engines etc…
  • Experience with Customer Data Platforms and MDM such as Segment, Tealium, Redpoint Global, Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce C360 and Interaction Studio, Microsoft D365 Customer Insights, Oracle CX Unity, Reltio, Lytics, Amperity or ActionIQ
  • Experience in a consulting environment and/or digital agency with demonstrated track record of continuing responsibilities, creativity and innovation

Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.

Software Engineers perform requirements analysis. They then design, develop or maintain the physical application (components) or the application environment, based on the Software Architecture (models and principles). Activities include coding, integrating, implementing, installing or changing frameworks and standard components, or technical and functional application management. A Software Engineer also develops languages, methods, frameworks and tools, and/or undertakes activities in support of server-based databases in development, test and production environments.

Required Skills and Experience:

You are an experienced Software Engineer. You have received training and mastered at least one technology environment. You are good at elaborating technology areas and have an ability to position them within the scope of an overall project. You are a member of at least one community.

  • Qualification: 2-5 years (1 year min relevant experience in the role) experience, Bachelorโ€™s Degree.
  • Certification: Should have or seeking SE Level 1.
  • Should have progressing knowledge in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Software Engineering, Testing, Data Management, Architecture Knowledge and Technical Solution Design.
