  • Provide advanced post-sales support for Arista network deployments including data centers
  • Review customer designs and make recommendations for deployment
  • Migration or Inter connectivity to/from Cisco, Juniper and other vendors to Arista infrastructure
  • Prepare High Level/Low Level plan for Implementation
  • Prepare configuration buildouts, implementation plan and change controls
  • Assist with proof of concepts (POC) and in depth testing to validate design scenarios
  • Troubleshoot and report of network performance issues
  • Provide bug scrubs and code recommendations
  • Provide interface to TAC and the customer
  • Prepare advice regarding architectural questions, product prerequisites, product features, etc.
  • Translate complex business requirements into Network solutions.
  • Assist Pre Sales Engineers and Account Executives with designing Network solutions.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners.
  • Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent written skills and the ability to do related documentation and ticket tracking of opportunities/meeting follow up.
  • Ability to understand the client’s business objectives and technical needs.
  • Regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment.

Maintain professional relationships with teammates, partners and clients.
Technical Skills & Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Network Industry Certification preferred (e.g. CCIE (DC), JNCIE)
  • Experience with Arista Switch and EOS Cloud Vision a plus
  • Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN infrastructures, topologies and protocols
  • Strong hands-on experience in switches and routers – Cisco ACI, Cisco Nexus switches, Arista switches, firewalls, Encryption, VPN etc
  • Expert knowledge in the following areas: Ethernet, RSTP/ MSTP, VLANs, IP Routing, TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, Multicast, QoS
  • Strong understanding of network protocols and applications, such as DNS, DHCP, SMTP, HTTP/HTTPS, SNMP, Netflow and etc
  • Strong experience and concept in modern datacenter architecture and Software Defined Network (SDN)
  • Experience with enterprise routing/switching within large data center enterprise customers
  • Strong in troubleshooting different OSI layer issues and performance analysis by using sniffer tools
  • Good understanding in virtual hypervisors, server hardware technologies, SAN and NAS
  • Broad knowledge of current IT infrastructure trends and different cloud services
  • Knowledge in competitive products is a plus
  • Background in Linux, Unix, Perl, Python, Scripting of any nature is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Typical Experience

  • Minimum 8 Years of overall experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Cisco ACI domain
  • Experience on Arista Networking and Data Center
