About This Opportunity
The IT Intern will receive a first-hand look at a potential IT career path within the firm. You’ll get extensive hands-on experience at an accelerated, yet reasonable pace.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide quality work to support the firm’s Power BI initiatives as a productive member of the Information Technology team.
- Actively pursue professional development with an initial focus on Power BI.
- Actively develop Power BI knowledge and skills so as to assume increasingly more complex responsibilities.
- Provide IT support in other related areas, such as Power Apps and other Office 365 features.
- Display integrity and professional behavior consistent with CapinCrouse’s focus, vision, mission, and core values.
- Act respectfully and consistent with firm values.

Education and/or Experience:
- Two or more years of university education completed by the time of starting the internship.
- Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer sciences or information- systems related major.
- Strong academic credentials required; SQL or DAX knowledge is a plus.
- Relevant work experience (i.e., internships, summer positions, school jobs) is a plus.
- Above average ability to learn, take initiative, problem solve, and use computer software.

- Ability to motivate him/herself to grow professionally and serve with excellence.
- Ability to assume responsibility for and complete agreed upon assignments.
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

Work Environment
The employee in this position typically works in an office environment but may occasionally be required to perform job duties outside of the standard office setting.
