Position Summary
Cardinal Health is seeking an Analyst, Business Analysis, responsible for liaising with business partners and various cross functional teams to provide clear requirements to the development teams for designing, implementing, and delivering state of the art e-commerce solutions. The ideal candidate is an individual with customer focused mindset, hands-on technology skills, positive work ethic and a collaborative mindset who is willing to learn and adapt to evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with global stakeholders to elicit the requirements and work with technology team to develop the right solution.
- Analysis & documentation of functional and non-functional business requirements, process modeling and validation of technical deliverables against those requirements.
- Evolve into an SME in application domain and be the point of contact for providing solutions to global stakeholder.
- Practice of agile methodologies, tools & processes and capturing requirements for Epics and Stories. Knowledge of JIRA & Confluence is desirable
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a software-related discipline.
- 4+ years in Business Analysis.
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field
- Prior experience working as a Business Analyst highly preferred
- Great communication skills and ability to articulate well with collaborative outlook.
- Team player with team building and conflict resolution approach.
- Ability to work in a flexible & dynamic environment with adaptive skill.
- Software Development and SQL skills for investigations preferred
