- Applies knowledge and ability to define and/or operate against the vision/strategy of data and governance.
- Demonstrates an understanding of data governance modeling, tools, and practices.
- Identifies and manages data quality in alignment with the needs of the business and/or industry.
- Ensures complete protection of data with all policies as it relates to visibility and distribution.
- Identifies and communicates insights and potential upstream/downstream impacts and opportunities to customers, business and/or enterprise leaders.
- Exemplifies effective communication and change management skills to varying audiences.
Accountabilities in this role
- Manage Customer Service GMB
- Support offshore team by assisting with questions and completing complicated escalated maintenance and item adds
- Partner with reporting teams to create new or update existing automated reports reflective of SAP data instead of legacy MIF
- Partner with different areas of the business to educate on product master data, learn pain points, and implement solutions that benefit all parties
- Participate in business initiatives and projects. Provide suggestions and feedback based on master data requirements.
- Assist IT support teams by completing research and data cleanses as needed
- Communicate process changes with Product Master Data Consultant to ensure SOPs are updated
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
- 2+ years experience in related field preferred
- SAP experience preferred
- Master Data knowledge preferred
