Job Purpose and Impact
The CBS Global Performance Senior Analyst will lead metric production, inventory management and performance analysis for the Order Management process. In this role, you will perform various functions including monitoring, optimizing, handling the performance of metrics within the Order Management process and using data backed hypothesis to propose, prioritize and advance performance initiatives and projects. You will play a significant role in achieving process excellency of the end to end business process by developing a strong process culture, optimized solutions and sustained execution. Key Accountabilities
Lead performance analysis for the Order Management process, in partnership with process and operations leadership, to identify opportunities for improvement and quantify impact on future results.
Mature the use of Celonis at Cargill for data-driven value discovery (process mining) and proactive operations management
Lead the definition and maintenance of the set of metrics needed to measure process volumes and performance
Lead metric and report production and optimization
Create easy-to-use performance reports and visualizations using advanced techniques while adhering to design standards
Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating complex issues to appropriate staff

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of four years of related work experience.
Strong knowledge and experience with the Order Management process executed in SAP.
Experience providing data-driven insights on business process improvement resulting in quantifiable process improvement and financial benefit to the organization.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience doing process mining using Celonis or similar application.
Experience in report and data visualization design and development using reporting tools and applications.
Familiarity with SAP tables and fields.
Expertise with spreadsheet application (Excel).
Experience in extracting and preparing data for performance reporting.
