Role Specifics – Day in the Life
- Go through customer queries/tickets and resolve them within the stipulated time.
- Read the contents of the ticket and resolve it with the correct/appropriate solution.
- Update the status and comments/notes against each ticket as per the business guidelines.
- Use pre-defined checklists to figure out the right resolution for each ticket.
- Resolve tickets and respond to CRM escalations with accuracy and pre-defined timelines.
Must have skills :
- Education : Graduate in any discipline
- Experience : 0 to 1 year
- Should have basic office/excel skills – The candidate must have some basic excel knowledge, he should know basic mathematical & text functions
- Good verbal and written communication skills
