Job Location: Bangalore/Bengaluru
- High quality business analysis planning and coordination to determine the activities that are necessary in order to identify and define the relevant stakeholders select appropriate solutions and manage constraints.
- Effectively build, influence and proactively manage stakeholder (internal and external) relationships.
- Leverage appropriate techniques to lead the translation of requirements into specification
- Perform an assessment of capabilities, cost/benefits and the impact of change across business, IT and risk.
- Collaborate between business, strategy and technology partners to drive technology change and strategic solutions that achieve necessary business outcomes.
- Analyse and explain the scope feasibility of alternate solution options and recommend the most feasible solution(s) for the business (e.g. via Concept Paper, Business Case etc.)
- Produce reliable and efficient Preliminary Cost Estimates to meet business needs.
- Identify solutions project delivery issues and risks, risk for not implementing solutions and assist with mitigation strategies, and escalate where necessary
- Convert / document business needs and functional designs using knowledge of system capabilities, rules, and architecture with standard analysis methodologies and tools
- Effectively prioritise work and deliverables according to specified timeframes
- Effectively communicate in governance forums, managing conflicts, issues and changes
- Complete or oversee project work stream deliverables including quality control/sign off for area of accountability.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of tools templates, processes and methodologies, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Enables, motivates, directs and continuously engages in a committed, empowered, and high-performing team.
- Think Big Picture and ensure technology solutions are aligned with the Groups enterprise architecture and Delivery Framework
Undertake any other tasks assigned by your manager that you have the capability to perform safely in line with relevant internal Bank policies and external regulatory requirements.
The Senior Business Analyst is required to maintain, build and manage productive relationships with the following individuals:

- Program Manager, Project Manager, Project and Benefits Sponsor
- Business Analysts (BA); Technical Advisors
- Solution Architects
- Strategy, Innovation Design Teams
- Business, System and other SMEs
- Change Owner and Organisational Change Management Team
- The Vendor Management Office
