Creating and executing test cases to ensure that software applications meet business needs. Applies the CBA quality standards to test assets.
On any given day you will:
- Perform Static Test reviews of the Business Requirements/ User Stories documents and develop test conditions and test cases for phase level testing using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Execute testing and record test results in appropriate system to identify and raise defects.
- Create comprehensive test data combinations to ensure the correct test coverage.
- Develop a continuous improvement mindset in team and project interactions.
- Apply a risk management approach to achieve consistency and compliance to CBA testing standards.
- Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure that test outcomes are achieved in the most efficient way

- Experience working in scrum teams
- Experience working in both Waterfall Agile
- Strong analytical skills, able to work closely with business analysts/SME s
- Proven experience in testing for critical systems
- Proven experience in publishing daily and weekly reports.
- Proven experience in Defect management
- Proven experience in Jira, confluence
- Good to have banking domain with Commercial/Business loan life cycle
- Basic SQL queries hands on experience
- Hands on experience with API Testing
- Test Automation awareness and willingness to learn automation scripting and execution in upcoming daysContinuous improvement mindset in team and project interactions
