Role Overview
As an IT & Incident Manager, you will be responsible for managing IT operations, ensuring system reliability, security, and incident response processes. You will work closely with DevOps, Security, and Compliance teams to maintain high availability and operational resilience for Ceffu’s mission-critical digital asset infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Incident & Problem Management – Lead and coordinate incident detection, response, and resolution, ensuring minimal impact on business operations. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures. Maintain and improve incident response playbooks for IT and security incidents.
- IT Operations & Infrastructure – Collaborate with DevOps team to maintain the quality of IT services, cloud infrastructure, and network security, ensuring system uptime and optimal performance. Implement and manage monitoring and alerting systems for proactive issue detection and response.
- Business Continuity & Risk Management – Develop and execute disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity plans (BCP) to mitigate IT-related risks. Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and EU regulatory standards. Conduct risk assessments, security audits, and simulation drills to enhance resilience.
- Compliance & Security – Collaborate with security and compliance teams to enforce cybersecurity policies, access controls, and regulatory reporting requirements. Work with regulators and auditors to meet compliance expectations related to financial services and digital asset custody.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in IT operations, incident management, or IT service management (ITSM).
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud environments, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Experience managing high-availability (HA) and mission-critical systems, preferably in fintech, banking, or blockchain.
- Hands-on experience with SIEM (Security Information & Event Management), log analysis, and network monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of incident response frameworks (e.g., ITIL, NIST, ISO 27035).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure during critical incidents.
- Familiarity with EU regulatory frameworks related to fintech, cybersecurity, and operational risk.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in ITIL, CISSP, CISM, or PMP.
- Experience in blockchain security, crypto custody, or financial transaction systems.
- Previous experience in regulated financial services or fintech companies.
