M&A Business Analyst

Position Description

The leadership team is looking for a Business Analyst to support M&A and Strategic Initiatives via research, analysis, and the development and management of related reports.

We are looking for a recent MBA graduate with a keen interest in research, a solid understanding of business models and constructs, and an interest in organizational strategy and transformation. A critical thinker with an eye for design / presentation who can craft materials to serve executive and team levels. Ideal candidate would be located in the Philadelphia or DC Metro locations.

Your future duties and responsibilities

  • Conduct market research
  • Create and manage reports and client deliverables
  • Support sales management processes and data updates
  • Create and manage key presentations, corporate, and client deliverables e.g. presentation decks, word documents, excel models
