TABLEAU DEVELOPER
Experience -5+ yrs. exp in tableau, AWS and SQL
Location-Bangalore
1. Oversee the day-to-day management and support of the team’s existing portfolio of data analytics products and services2. Identifying, recommending, and leading on the implementation of continuous improvement activities for our products, services, and processes.3. Leading on projects to deliver a range of data analytics products using a variety of analytics tooling and techniques:a. Working across the full end-to-end project lifecycle from requirements gathering and analysis through development and testing to business sign off and benefits tracking.b. Effectively matrix managing cross-functional delivery teams that will include team members from other departments within IT and the wider business to ensure delivery.4. Taking a lead role in championing self-serve analytics adoption by business teams and identifying ways to enable them to be more self-sufficient in meeting their Data & Analytics requirements. Skills & Experience:1. Proficiency to expert level with SQL programming and some experience of programming in Python are a must for this role, as well as expert level Excel and VBA skills.2. Demonstrable experience of the following:a. All stages of data analysis and preparation to support analytics products using a range of tools and techniquesb. Developing interactive dashboards that are simple and intuitive using modern data visualisation tools especially Tableau .c. Delivering both small and large/complex data and analytics projects – leading on defined phases of those projects.d. Delivering across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) as relevant to Data Analytics projects and products – using a range of project methodologies such as Waterfall or Agilee. Working with diverse and complex data sets and a range of different data types
