Position Description:
Must have
- 6 to 8 years’ experience in IT Business Analysis preferably in Wealth Management domain (at least BFSI Domain)
- Functional Knowledge of
- Portfolio management and administration.
- Very good exposure to trade life cycle (Modeling/Order management/performance analysis/compliance)
- Very good understanding of investment accounting (including Corporate actions, Fees, dividends, journal ledger, etc.
- Requirement gathering and requirement analysis skills
- Experience in functional specification and or Use Case preparation
- Excellent team player who can functionally mentor/guide /assist/motivate team members and produce best team result.
- Should have very good communication skills/interpersonal skills
Nice to have
- Experience in test plan and test case preparation and review
- Experience in end to end functional testing
- Good exposure to Estimation, Planning, Task assignment, Tracking and reporting
- Experience of interacting with North America counterparts/clients
