     Scheduling Tool : Autosys Job Management on Windows UNIX TWS
     Service Desk Tool : BMC Remedy Maximo
     Utility Software : MS-Office 2000, Excel, Power-point

    Autosys Administration

    Job Responsibilities:-
     Agent installation R11 and 11.3
     Perform Patching activities on AE,WCC EEM servers.
     Missing agent issues and troubleshooting to fix the issue.
     Resolving high priority issue related to AE,WCC EEM components of Autosys
     Testing r11.3.6 version of Autosys.
     Take care of changes and raise changes for production modifications.
     Planning and architecture implementation and dealing with vendor about best practice.
     Perform maintenance activities
    Autosys Administration

    Job Responsibilities:-
     Administration of Autosys 4.5.1 11.3.5,
     Installing configuring AE, EEM, WCC, Agents Plug-ins or adaptors for Autosys,
     Managing user accounts and policies,
     Job failure troubleshooting at times,
     Autosys Agent troubleshooting,
     Appling Autosys patches suggested by vendor,
     Resolving production issues with less resolution time,
     Set-up new applications in new version of Autosys,
     Migrating data from 4.5 to 11.3.5
     Perform the changes as per business requirement.

    Providing architecture solutions, Production Support
     Autosys Scheduling
     Reason to left the job : Was hired as Autosys admin but admin part did not offshore
     Job Responsibilities:-
     Transition the project from TCS to ATOS and stable the project on Autosys scheduling.
     Scheduling Autosys Jobs Using JIL
     Design Batch Jobs Flow
     Requirements gathering for jobs
     Co-coordinating with the development team and contributing ideas and suggestions for improvement in Job Flow Designs
     Client Interaction through Conference calls
     Handling Escalated Issues
     Involved in fixing the Customer issues and Customization of Jobs
     Supporting Production Support area on Autosys Jobs
     Maintenance of Production Services /Scheduling Maintenance jobs
     Working on Remedy issues raised by end users.
     Analyze regular failures, find the root cause and fix the problems.
     Calendars Maintenance
     Preparing weekly job ABEND reports.
     Analyzing overnight failures and working with application team to fix frequently failing jobs.

     Autosys Scheduling Admin
     Job Responsibilities:-
     Autosys Administration Task
     Remote Agent Installations.
     Root Cause Analysis.
     Handling Service Restorations.
     User ID creations.
     Calendars Creations Maintenance.
     Analyzing and fixing the jobs which are in Inconsistent/Hung State.
     Analyzing broken job Flows and fixing it.

    UAJM Administration Task
     User ID Creations/Access.
     Creating Views.
     Generating Reports.
     Forecasting the jobs for required.
     Autosys Job Scheduling Task
     Designing Flow-views for both normal and Cross-Instance Scheduling.
     Perfroming all types of scheduling normal Cross-Instance Autosys Jobs.
     Analyzing the Job Failures and working on immediate fixes.
     Finding the broken job Flows and taking necessary actions in coordination with Application Owners.

    Alert handling
     Suppressing server alerts related to Autosys application.
     Suppressing application alerts.

    Job Responsibilities:-
     Client Interaction through Conference calls
     Supporting Production Support area on Autosys Jobs and Tws
     Managing Alarm console and email alarm notification.
     Reporting l2 and l3 team for any Autosys or tws application failure or alarms.
     Raising Remedy ticket for application teams on job failures.
     Analyze regular failures, and take actions.
     Preparing weekly job ABEND reports.
     Providing Job information to application users
