This is role is contract to hire with an initial 3–4-month contract with conversion to FTE/permanent after the contract period. Summary
This role works in collaboration with the Digital Product Design and Engineering team to drive product strategy planning and delivery, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven and strategic recommendations.
What You Will Be Accountable For
- Applies business knowledge and facilitative expertise to perform analysis on existing digital products, processes, and tools.
- Gathers requirements for, and creates new, insights and dashboards to meet product/business initiatives.
- Analyzes complex data sets to provide insights for proactive issue resolution and evaluations.
- Recommends actions based on historical performance and forecasts comparing various scenario.
- Performs as the link between Product Strategy, Consumer Experience and Technology, providing timely insights enabling digital product decision making.
What Qualifications You Need
- 2-3+ years of experience as an analyst
- Experience supporting different products and/or projects
- Technologies: Jira, Azure DevOps, PowerBI, Tableau, MS Office, Data Visualization tool(s)
- Executive storytelling skill; presenting to executives using PowerPoint
- Good character, flexibility, leadership, and ingenuity are critical; teachable and willing to learn and grow with the team’s needs; strategic
- Ability to navigate ambiguity – brainstorm, strategize, and provide recommendations and feedback/solutions
