Job Title: Business Analyst – Digital Product
Location: Bellevue, WA (Candidates need to be local. Role is hybrid – onsite 1-2x per month.)
Duration & Type: Contract to Hire! Initial 3–4-month contract with conversion to FTE/permanent.

Chamberlain Advisors is currently seeking a Business Analyst, Digital Product for our direct client in the healthcare and retail pharmacy industry. This is role is contract to hire with an initial 3–4-month contract with conversion to FTE/permanent after the contract period. The ideal candidate will collaborate with and support the Digital Product Design and Engineering team to drive product strategy planning and delivery. Summary
This role works in collaboration with the Digital Product Design and Engineering team to drive product strategy planning and delivery, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven and strategic recommendations.

What You Will Be Accountable For

  • Applies business knowledge and facilitative expertise to perform analysis on existing digital products, processes, and tools.
  • Gathers requirements for, and creates new, insights and dashboards to meet product/business initiatives.
  • Analyzes complex data sets to provide insights for proactive issue resolution and evaluations.
  • Recommends actions based on historical performance and forecasts comparing various scenario.
  • Performs as the link between Product Strategy, Consumer Experience and Technology, providing timely insights enabling digital product decision making.

What Qualifications You Need

  • 2-3+ years of experience as an analyst
  • Experience supporting different products and/or projects
  • Technologies: Jira, Azure DevOps, PowerBI, Tableau, MS Office, Data Visualization tool(s)
  • Executive storytelling skill; presenting to executives using PowerPoint
  • Good character, flexibility, leadership, and ingenuity are critical; teachable and willing to learn and grow with the team’s needs; strategic
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity – brainstorm, strategize, and provide recommendations and feedback/solutions
