Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and embed automated processes for predictive model validation, deployment, and implementation.
Connect and collaborate with subject matter experts in R&D, Supply Chain, Commercial
Make impactful contributions to internal discussions on emerging machine learning methodologies.
Must have experienced in implementing MLOPs framework along with understanding of data security implementation on ML models
Experience in creating CICD pipelines for deployment using Jenkins.
Ability to visualize end to end pipelines while considering engineering, software, and machine learning aspects.
Educate the organization both from IT and the business perspectives on these new approaches, such as testing hypotheses and statistical validation of results.
Provide thought leadership facilitate crossgeography fertilization of ideas and implements key principlesbestpractices and guidelines across the categories.
Enable the future BI Analytics infrastructure and selfservice model.
Experience producing highquality code, tests, documentation
Proficiency in statistical concepts and ML algorithms
Hands on expertise in developing the ML driven models
Demonstrate a combination of business focus, strong analytical and problemsolving skills, and programming knowledge to be able to quickly cycle hypothesis through the discovery phase of the project and excellent written and communications skills to report back the findings in a clear, structured manner
Think pragmatically when introducing new technologies.
Balance the demand for shortterm goals to meet project deadlines, with the need for longerterm and innovative solutions Ensure reusability through generalized framework development.
Provide leadership and management to a team of data scientists, managing processes and their flow of work, vetting their designs, and mentoring them to realize their full potential.

Qualifications Education BE
Required years of related experience 12 years of work experience with 5 years of Experience as leading Data Science team
Preferred related industry experience Manufacturing, Consumer Products Required knowledge, skills, abilities

2. Technical knowhow Azure Experience Must have, Data bricks, ADF, ETL and ELT, Azure ML, Python, MLOPs
