SUMMARY:
The Clinical Operations Lead Data Analyst supports the management of Cigna formularies including management of key activities related to formulary changes. This role is responsible for the analysis, development and maintenance of reports, dashboards and other data solutions that support and fulfill business needs across the Pharmacy Clinical Operations.
This role will assist in gathering necessary requirements for data process build and extraction with new products being added to the business throughout the year.
Responsibilities:
Large-scale data extraction, transformation, analysis, and data processes
Create normalized reporting layers that can be utilized as sources of truth and on future projects
Supports analysts with data QA as needed for data provision activities
Build suites of tools, designed to assist with a variety of management functions including dashboards, reports, data-extracts, and in-depth analyses
Qualifications:
Must be a current contractor with Cigna, Express Scripts, or Evernorth. Evernorth is a new business within the Cigna Corporation.
High School diploma or GED required.
College degree preferred.
Advanced SQL experience
Oracle and SQL Server experience
Advanced Microsoft Access experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work in a highly matrixed environment
3+ years of Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) experience working with drug lists/formularies highly desired
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 70,100 – 116,800 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
