We’re looking for a passionate Data Management and Reporting Lead Analyst with a deep knowledge of the Medicare Advantage’s Risk Adjustment Program. We’re a Stars and Risk Adjustment Operations team that loves to learn and push ourselves to provide meaningful insights to the business. Data Management and Reporting Lead Analyst Job Responsibilities:
Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports for risk adjustment operations and auditing
Report to stakeholders about changes to retrospective and prospective risk adjustment data
Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize efficiency and quality
Develop reports using self-service technologies like SQL Server Reporting Services
Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
Requirements:
Work experience as a Data Analyst in Risk Adjustment, specifically in operations and auditing for retrospective and prospective data
Work experience in risk adjustment audits, systems, and technology
Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
Knowledge of statistics and experience using data science languages (SAS, R, or Python)
Database language experience in SQL Server or Teradata
Data visualization experience in Tableau or Power BI
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Report writing experience in SQL server reporting services (SSRS)
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $70,100 – $116,800, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
