Our Specialty Distribution Group, CuraScript SD, offers healthcare providers access to a complete portfolio of specialty pharmaceuticals and ancillary supplies, ensuring patients’ continuity of care. We ship to all 50 states as well as Puerto Rico and Guam, with three distribution centers: a main facility in Grove City, Ohio, and secondary locations in Arizona and Tennessee.

The Data Integrity group is responsible for managing the data integrity of master data within core ERP to ensure accurate reporting and system functionality. This group will act as key liaison in master data entry using both manual and automated solutions to enforce quality control and approval requirements. The group interfaces with all business, operational and technology areas to develop and execute data integrity plans and changes and will share data ownership regarding master data maintenance. This group facilitates the process and decisions from the Data Decision-Making Operation Model. They ensure all Data Management teams are engaged and informed of these decisions.

The Senior Data Analyst is accountable for the design and operational execution of the Data Quality framework, as well as coordination across all technical resources throughout the lifecycle of information investigation and data management. Secondary responsibilities include the creation and maintenance of various types of documents, quality assurance testing support, and assisting in delivery activities.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Creates and maintains master data reporting, dashboards and analyses for the ensure of high quality data

Creates and validates master data mass updates per data standards and requirements

Supports master data entry using both automated and manual solutions for item, vendor, customer and other master data

Ensures master data entry and approvals meet master data standards designed to achieve intended reporting and system functionality

Works with internal partners to manage master data reports, analyses, mass updates, data entry and projects

Works with Master Data Governance team to ensure alignment around change requests and data standards

Primary objective is to maximize reporting accuracy, and master data quality.

Participation in architecting the logical design of data quality practices with the technical team, including DQ screen design and specifications.

Uses out-of-the-box ingenuity in applying analytical techniques and organizational skills to identifying and evaluating alternatives and to developing recommended approaches to resolving quality assurance issues and problems.

QUALIFICATIONS

BA/BS degree or 2-5 years equivalent working experience

2-5 years of relevant data analysis experience

2-5 years of relevant ERP experience; SAP/S4 experience strongly preferred

Experience with ERP reporting tools, queries, and business intelligence applications

Strong technical and procedural knowledge of ERP systems

Proficient in Microsoft Office, and advanced Excel skills: database formulas, pivot tables, and charts

Ability to interface with internal customers in a professional and ethical manner

SAP S4 and IBP experience strongly preferred

Strong written and verbal communications skills preferred

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 74,900 – 124,800 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
