Job Detail:
As a core member of our Corporate Secretarial team, you will be working with some of the industry s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.
Your Role:
- Assist in the provision of corporate secretarial services to clients based in foreign jurisdictions.
- File corporate documents in documents repository systems based on client instructions. Filing process includes documents collection, renaming and storing in the central repository, updating trackers on a timely basis.
- Participate in knowledge transfer activities and ensure smooth and seamless transition to Hyderabad office.
- Prepare corporate documents for clients worldwide in accordance to legal requirements with agreed deadlines, if applicable.
- Prepare/ update corporate structure charts of client structures serviced by Citco, if applicable.
- Preparation of standard documents
- Perform and/ or monitor statutory filings/compliances with local authorities.
- Coordinate with colleagues and / or clients worldwide in order to gather information and/ or documentation required to carry out assignments.
- Ensure that all deadlines are met and KPI s are in good shape.
- Take active interest and participation in any local/global projects aimed at improving efficiencies and level of service to the client.
- Escalate any issues to senior colleagues in a timely manner.
About You:
- You have at least 1-2 years of experience of similar job in financial industry company.
- You are fluent in English (written and spoken).
- You are flexible, proactive and attentive to details team player with excellent communication skills.
