CODST Technology is looking for an experienced UX designer (Apps Dev Intermed Prgmr Anlyst) to work with Global Team.
We are looking for an avid technologist who –
- applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information.
- deals with most problems proactively and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid grasp of industry standards and practices.
- typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact.
- applies professional judgment when interpreting data and results. Breaks down information in a systematic and communicable manner.
- with a developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex information.
- can be moderate but direct impact through close contact with the businesses’ core activities. Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams.
Here is what you bring –
- You have10+ years of experience designing enterprise web applications in a fast-paced, agile environment
- You have an experience in designing application using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch, Omnigraffle, InVision
- You have experience in leading brainstorming and ideation exercises
- You have experience in JavaScript, Webkit, Angular.js, or other web-based programming languages
- You have excellent writing and communication skills, with a knack for taking technical language and making it comprehensible
- You have a passion for solving tough problems and proposing elegant solutions.
- You are an avid learner with an ability to learn and adapt so that you can help teach others and encourage idea exchange and information percolation
On a typical day here is what you could do –
- You will provide technical and business support for users of Citi Applications. This includes providing quick resolutions to app issues, driving stability, efficiency and effectiveness improvements to help us and the business succeed.
- You will act as a liaison between users/traders, interfacing internal technology groups and vendors and as an advisor or coach to new or junior analysts.
- You will participate in application releases, from development, testing and deployment into production. Perform post release checkouts after application releases and infrastructure updates. Develop and maintain technical documentation.
- You will maintain application systems that have completed the development stage and are running in the daily operations of the firm.
- You will manage, maintain and support applications and their operating environments, focusing on stability, quality and functionality against service level expectations.
- You will assist in appropriately assessing risks when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal
Education:
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
