The Credit Risk Technology Project Manager/Business Analyst will be responsible for driving multiple significant projects within the Information Services Group (ISG) and Institutional Client Group (ICG). These projects supports the Credit Risk service model as part of WLCR (Wholesale Lending Credit Risk) initiative with the focus on syndicated loans/commercial loans portfolio that fully supports, satisfies, and anticipates the reporting needs of the business and our regulators.

S/He will develop and manage medium to long term plans and execute functional strategies for complex regional and country structures requiring coordination and integration across units. S/He will provide input into strategic decisions affecting the various function within a region or business. They will maintain the project plans, drive the deliverables by collaborating with multiple stakeholders across ICG and the resource plan.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic roadmap/planning to drive execution of Credit regulatory initiatives such as SNC (Shared National Credit), WCR (Wholesale Credit Risk) with stakeholder (ICG Business, Operations and Technology, Global Function teams) across the globe to meet the commitment of Citi to Regulators on a timely manner.
  • Drive tactical and strategic planning to ensure the project plans are met on a timely manner
  • Manage large, transformative initiatives that impact multiple LOBs and/or products
  • Attend regulatory meetings as representative of the ISG organization on regulatory matters. Record meeting summaries and follow-up actions for distribution to relevant stakeholders
  • Closely monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
  • Demonstrates ability to identify potential risk issues that need escalation and escalates them promptly
  • Effectively partner with key stakeholders and subject matter experts across the businesses to promote a more integrated approach to regulatory relations.
  • Provide functional support to drive continuous improvement across the Loans area
  • Support performance measurement and management ranging from strategic franchise development scorecards to project/function-specific metrics.
  • Drive change management strategy through execution of strategic initiatives
  • Ensure key results are well defined and clearly communicated with relevant stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Substantial experience in project management and business analysis, experience in managing large complex matrixed regulatory projects is highly desired
  • Demonstrated ability transferring data into compelling presentations
  • Understanding of financial services industry, preferrable
  • Demonstrates clear understanding of the drivers of performance and decision making to maximize results. Strategic thinker with proven ability to operationalize the strategy
  • Ability to lead and direct a team of knowledge professionals

Nice to Have:

  • Strong business domain knowledge across Credit Risk/Commercial loan products including securities reference data across various financial products

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

Base Salary Range: $132,320 – $198, 480
