- Build and sustain strong partnerships within businesses and functions to identify and execute on opportunities to enhance customer experience.
- Demonstrate thought leadership and bias to action and be recognized as a trusted partner by key stakeholders.
- Drive the development of customer experience models that enable real time decisions on next best servicing action.
- Provide leadership to the data science teams in terms of setting the plans, monitoring progress and making dynamic prioritization decisions to ensure effective and timely outcomes
- Build effective communication to ensure effective execution and adoption of analytical insights and solutions.
- Derive analytical insights that enable hyper personalization of customer experience
- Accountable for significant direct business results or authoritative advice regarding the operations of the business.
- Manage the resourcing and expenses of the analytical book of work and continuously strive for delivering superior financial outcomes for the firm.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in digital customer analytics; managing stakeholders and influencing others
- Experience in financial services or customer experience analytics in a retail consumer industry
- Ability in strategic thinking and the ability to frame business problems
- Excellent communication skills to be able to articulate the strategy and progress of the analytical work to both technical analysts and non-technical business leaders
- Excellent analytical, technical and/or statistical skills with proven ability to translate large volumes of data
- An influencer who communicates clearly and frequently
- Intellectually curious, consistently seeking and developing new opportunities

- Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
