The Assistant Program Manager is a developing professional role. Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. Good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the subfunction/ job family. Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information. Typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact. Applies professional judgment when interpreting data and results. Breaks down information in a systematic and communicable manner. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information. Moderate but direct impact through close contact with the businesses’ core activities. Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Supports the planning, directing, coordination and support of the day-to-day activities of running a program or portfolio of programs.
  • Ensures change control is executed throughout program.
  • Ensures adherence to program plan and charter benefits management plan, stakeholder management plan, acceptance plan, and central program issue log.

  • Monitors monthly submission of Product Metrics for Citi products (Archiving, Mail & Distribution Services, Managed Print Services, Transactional Print, Marketing Print, Global Travel, Corporate Card, Vehicle Program, In-Country Services) in the Region, collaborating with Leads to ensure timely and accurate reporting of Product Metrics.
  • Provides program management support for assigned programs in compliance Citi standards, tracking, issue and risk reporting and the appropriate reporting tools.
  • Identifies program risks, perform probability and impact analysis, determine responses to risks, track risks, and execute responses as needed.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.

The Risk Portfolio & Process Management Team is a function under Market Data Management and Production Integration Team within DART accountable for designing and delivering the effective solution enhance/re-engineer risk processes. This team supports the enhancement works including architect designing for Enterprise Scenario Group and Market Data Management.


Officer, Business Workflow SDLC Operation Analyst, Enterprise Scenario Group

This position is responsible for Appian workflow production process support, a part of Risk Appian workflow central production functional support team.


Responsibilities:

  • Support Appian workflow production operation.
  • Support the set up the production support process.
  • Document/update the operation procedure doc.
  • Responsible for L1 and L2 support.
  • Collaborate with L3 support (infrastructure support and Appian dev support).
  • Support UAT and production deployment.
  • Prepare release communication.
  • Prepare user guide.
  • Interact with workflow end users to respond swiftly and effectively.
  • Effectively track and explore remediation.
  • Daily and weekly review production support status and issues that need to be escalated.
  • Collaborate with Operation Support Team in US EST zone to ensure 24 hour production support coverage.
  • Integrate codes and collaborate with the developers.
  • Merge requests.
  • Branch creation for the code check-in.
  • Build the codes leveraging Jenkins.
  • Deploy packaged codes using BMC RPM.
  • Identify the root cause of any failures in the build.
  • Resolve issues from the failed steps.
  • Setup the CICD pipeline to automate the Test cases.
  • Track all the change request tickets for every deployment.


Qualifications:

  • Requires a bachelor’s degree.
  • 3+ years of business operation and customer service experience.
  • Knowledge and working experience of ServiceNow, workflow operation.
  • Ability to build strong client relationships / business partnership, and to thrive in uncertainty.
  • Ability to pay attention to detail; be able to respond quickly for issues raised by the end users; and effectively track the issues collaborating with other teams to resolve them or escalate them properly.
  • Must be a self-motivated, self-starter who can independently handle tasks with little oversight.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to study and familiarize Citigroup’s framework including policies, standards, procedures, guidelines and training to provide optimal business solutions.
  • Technical writing skill and experience.
  • Citi Production Support or Technology Operation experience is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with Bitbucket.
  • Proficient with git and git workflows
  • Working experience on Jenkins and BMC RPM
  • Knowledge on Unix, shell script
  • Experience on Automation pipeline
  • Problem solving attitude and experience
  • Working knowledge of database and SQL
  • Cloud service platform knowledge is a plus
