The Applications Development Intermediate Programmer Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for participation in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to applications systems analysis and programming activities.
Responsibilities:
- Design & develop solutions using QlikView Dashboards with SQL Server/Oracle/Big Data technologies as a backend technologies
- Provide technical walk-throughs to various stakeholders (QA Team, UAT Team, etc.)
- Be able to work independently as well as within a team
- Experience with all the components of QlikView Architecture
- Must have strong Experience in QlikView Development in Reports , dashboards
- Added Advantage if have Experience in Tableau dashboard development.
- Works directly with end-users or a projects team to translate business requirements into technical specifications to drive Semantic layer and report
- Develop report prototypes and review and fine tune report deliverables with business users
- Dashboard Performance optimization
Knowledge/Experience:
- 6+ Years of experience in designing QlikView Business Intelligence Reporting systems
- 6+ years SQL development experience either SQL Server, DB2, Oracle, Sybase and MySQL.
- Experience in Analysis, Design, Development, Testing and Implementation (all phases of software development life cycleSDLC)
- Understanding of financial industry is an asset
- Excellent functional, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
Skills:
- Excellent in QlikView Dashboard development
- Very strong SQL skills with Programming skills
- Exposure of DWH reporting tool
- Good understanding of SDLC
