Job Location: Pune
- Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data analysis and provide recommendations based on the data
- Understanding of business processes, gaps in capabilities, as well as appropriate data sources, interfaces and process changes required to address the gaps.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau will be required for data extraction, functional testing and model building.
- Lead data sourcing in collaboration with multiple systems and stakeholders
- Collaborate with architects to define strategic data architecture for the application
- Ability to collaborate between multiple front, middle and back office applications, documenting trends and tying the operations view to the finance books and records view.
- Holding requirement gathering sessions, gaining consensus and creation of meeting minutes
- Creation of Business requirement documents and document processes and flows where necessary.
- Developing detailed requirements, working through solutions and managing execution, performing functional testing and rollout of these solutions, in the context of an overall consistent global platform
- Should be well versed with Agile project methodology
The role is expected to work closely with:
- Other team members, predominantly in NY, London, and Shanghai to ensure a coherent and robust solution environment.
- The business users to ensure the business needs are known, understood and that the solution devised will properly meet their requirements.

- 8-11 years of relevant experience in Capital Markets domain
- Good Understanding of financial markets and functioning.
- Understanding of critical Capital components like GSIB , TCE , RWA , STWF , Balance sheet , Bank structuring (Tax Optimization) /Capital optimization will be preferred.
- Proficiency in Visualization tools like Qlikview or Tableau will be an advantage.
- Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Proven self-motivation to take initiative and master new tasks quickly
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and approach work methodically with attention to detail
