Citibank, N.A. seeks a Technology Lead Business Analyst for its Irving, Texas location.

Duties: Analyze and develop business requirements for software development for Retail Risk Management platforms and Federal Financial Reporting. Capture business requirements and translate into technical and functional specifications for solutions development. Use Oracle, Visio, VB, Excel, Power Point and database technologies SQL queries, Hive, Cognos to identify and analyze data requirements for regulatory reporting. Analyze data specifications and perform data analysis, process analysis, prototyping and use case analysis. Apply understanding of regulatory risk schedules, including CCAR14A, 14Q, 14M, FFIEC, IFRS9, Basel, and CECL to analyze business and technology components and deliver IT solutions. Understand bank holding company’s regulatory filing process with FRB and OCC including regulatory submissions. Perform Credit Risk analysis and Risk Management, RWA calculations including PD, LGD, EAD. Analyze and implement Risk and Controls. Prepare decks for senior management presentations and workshops. Identify, analyze and validate requirements during design phases by performing data analysis, process analysis, prototyping, use cases analysis, and business rules definition for regulatory risk reporting. Create user stories using JIRA to analyze log, track, approve and close requirements. Draft business rules for projects involving automation in regulatory reporting. Use business intelligence tools Tableau and Arcadia for data analytics and reports. Participate in system integration and functional testing to identify potential bugs. Work with Quality Assurance Services team to support system integration. Support Production Parallel activities and Go Live activities.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent, in Information Technology, Engineering (any), Computer Science, Finance or related field and 6 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as a Senior Specialist–Consulting, Technology Lead, IT Business Tech Specialist, Business Analyst, Risk Analyst or related position involving development of risk management platforms for retail banking and regulatory financial reporting. 6 years of experience must include: Requirements gathering and developing functional and technical specifications; Using JIRA to capture and track business requirements; Data analysis, process analysis, prototyping, and use case analysis; Data requirements identification and analysis for regulatory reporting; Regulatory reporting and compliance for CCAR, FFIEC, Basel and CECL; Analysis and implementation of Risk and Controls; Credit Risk and Risk Management, RWA calculations including PD, LGD, EAD; Visio, Powerpoint, VB, Excel; Oracle, SQL queries, Hive, Cognos and database technologies for data analysis; Business Intelligence tools Tableau and Arcadia for data analytics and reports.
