Description
The Commercial Client Services team provides one-stop, high-touch concierge service directly to Commercial clients and fields inbound inquiries from Business Banking, Treasury Solutions, and Commercial Credit Card customers.
The Client Services Business Analyst is responsible for developing and executing reporting to support recommendations on a variety of key business questions and working closely with technology partners to develop solutions that improve interactions with clients. The role provides an opportunity to be a contributing member of the team driving the latest technology and features for servicing.
Primary responsibilities include:
- General support for experience owners and operations leaders to assist in research and resolution of process gaps, escalations, and other inquiries as necessary.
- Build advanced dashboards and reporting solutions to help drive agent productivity and transparency amongst management and other stakeholders.
- Respond to data requests on a recurring and ad-hoc bases by gathering, analyzing, and reporting relevant data from various sources.
- Project manage special initiatives that are central to the Client Services team, including process improvements and digital transformation.
Qualifications
- Understanding of commercial treasury solutions applications from both a client-facing and technical perspective.
- Analytical Thinking/Problem Solving and Decision Making
- Creativity/Innovation
- Excellent oral/written communication with ability to effectively communicate with customers, peers, internal partners, external partners, and executive management
- Ability to design and author executive level communications
- Expandable capacity / excellent time management skills / ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
Education:
Bachelors Degree Preferred

Hours: 40
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8-5
