    What we’re looking for:

    You are a focused, motivated, and detail-oriented Business Process Analyst who has a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Process Improvement Analyst managing delivery of process improvement solutions


    Position Summary

    As a member of the Process Support team within the Accounting Systems department, you will be responsible for leading initiatives to enhance and improve the processes and supporting systems used within the department. You will work closely with other members of the Accounting Systems department and with business stakeholders in all geographies to understand the business challenges, document the business processes and requirements to solve those challenges. You will partner across the organization to drive the process changes and system enhancements for the department. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing processes related to process support intake and month-end close task management.


    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Provides support, during monthly close and quarterly close, to business users in master data, system issues and financial consolidation
    • Become subject matter expert in Process Support & Master Data maintenance processes, and suggest and implement process improvements
    • Develop intake and prioritization process for recurring and ad-hoc system issues / requests
    • Engage with the global business teams and process owners to identify and implement solutions / improvements that achieve efficiencies, enforce compliance, or increase gross margin of Citrix
    • Partner with teams across the organization to initiate, prioritize and drive solutions / fixes that fulfill business needs
    • Independently complete process documentation and update existing documentation as processes change
    • Provide support, guidance & training to impacted teams, as needed
    • Utilize experience and knowledge of sales, service, distribution, and accounting to recommend appropriate business process solutions to new business requirements
    • Determine potential impact to processes, data, and systems resulting from process support issue
    • Troubleshoot, identify root cause and implement corrective action of process support issues within established SLA parameter
    • Ability to organize and manage your time and deadlines appropriately. Accurately determine task duration and dependencies for own assignments. Communicate status updates to manager and internal customers on a regular basis
    • Lead & provide ongoing support activities in a complex, high-visibility, fast-paced environment, especially during high-peak periods for month-end and quarter-end close timeframes


    Basic Qualifications

    • Requires practical knowledge of job area obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
    • Requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience; or an advanced degree without experience. Business, Technical or Industrial Engineering degree preferred.
    • In other words, if you have an In-depth knowledge of systems administration and we just described you, then we’d love to talk!
    • Have a process improvement/optimization mindset to support & drive continuous improvement. Lean Six Sigma accreditation preferred.
    • Intermediate knowledge of relevant business processes (issue intake/management, order to cash, record to report)
    • Have a result oriented, positive and curiosity mindset
    • Familiarity with financial ERP systems, business intelligence, and web technologies, or the desire to learn
    • Ability to analyze data and troubleshoot process and system issues
    • Solid understanding of data quality issues and ability to recommend best practices for ensuring / validating data quality
    • Experience working directly with functional and technical resources
    • Ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel
    • Demonstrate initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
