Job Location: Pune
* 10 years of professional experience in a Business Analyst(as a data analytics member, domain explorer, Business Intelligence or Data Analysis role that includes building data interpretation)
* Strong experience with SQL OR SAS Business Intelligence tool and Knowledge in Python
* Strong knowledge of data manipulation/presentation end tools.
At a minimum, strong Microsoft Excel skills.
* Tableau or similar is preferred and strongly desired.
* Ability to use Data tools to effectively interpret data and simplify for communication with Senior Leadership
* Proven ability to work effectively with a variety of disciplines ranging from Marketing, Finance, to Engineer teams.
* Ability to communicate with and impact decision making in upper Management
* Team player who inspires trust contributes to team success and leads by example to go the extra mile
* Organized, independent, and proactive, with a balanced temperament to be able to switch rapidly between different projects.
* Ability to build relationships and trust across Analytics user community
* Strong business acumen and ability to identify and communicate trends and insights in a timely manner
* An understanding of, best practices, and business processes
* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills Leadership skills
* Ability to learn and help the team learn new technologies quickly.
* Must be able to integrate quickly into the team and work independently towards team goals
Role & Responsibilities:
* Take complete responsibility for the sprint stories execution
* Must be having team leading skills and stakeholder management
* Understand the business from the product/project stakeholders and help the development team understand the business flow and impact of the features being developed.
* Understand the business requirements and break the requirements into simpler stories and tasks and do the necessary mapping of the tasks to the logical model of the solutions.
* Mapping of business entities to technical attributes with the logic for transformation defined clearly.
* Be accountable for the delivery of the tasks in the defined timelines with good quality.
* Follow the processes for project execution and delivery.
* Follow agile methodology * Work with the team leads closely and contributes to the smooth delivery of the project.
* Understand/define the architecture and discuss the pros-cons of the same with the team * Involve in the brainstorming sessions and suggest improvements in the architecture/design.
* Work with other team leads to get the architecture/design reviewed.
* Work with the clients and counterparts (in US) of the project.
* Keep all the stakeholders updated about the project/task status/risks/issues if there are any.
Education: BE/B.Tech from a reputed institute.
