Who Weโ€™re Looking For – Data Analyst

Do you have strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information? As a Data Analyst on our Consumer Brands Data & Analytics team, you will build/QA reporting, set up tracking, and implement methods to improve business and marketing data reliability and quality across the organization. Youโ€™ll build scalable technology and data solutions that support our brand expansion, content production and resource development efforts. This is an exciting position within a team of fun-loving, talented, and experienced analysts that has company-wide exposure and large opportunities for success and advancement.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Set up and maintain GA/GTM tracking.
  • QA Looker, Google Data Studio, and Tune (affiliate marketing platform) reporting.
  • Market Research Analysis.
  • Employ various methods to transform raw data into useful data systems and research new uses for data acquisition.
  • Proactively surface actionable insights connecting user behavior to business insight.
  • Listen, collaborate and effectively communicate complex concepts in simple terms to cross-functional colleagues.
  • Build advanced measurement and reporting systems.
  • Build software tools that help Marketing Managers work more efficiently (e.g., writing an internal R or Python tooling package for analysts to use)
  • Build and maintain existing data pipelines.

What You Need

  • 2-3+ years experience with analytics and digital marketing
  • Strong foundation in digital marketing and web analytics
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information
  • Technical expertise with data models, data mining, and segmentation techniques
  • A self-driven, proactive, goal oriented attitude that thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Great attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Experience in data and statistical programming, in particular SQL, R, Python
  • Proficiency in at least 1 object oriented programming language such as Python or JavaScript
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with GCP is a bonus.
  • Bonus if you have knowledge of machine learning methods
