A reputable healthcare system in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex is actively seeking an experienced Healthcare Business Intelligence Manager to join their outstanding team of professionals!
The Healthcare Business Intelligence Manager will work closely with and report directly to the Healthcare Business Intelligence and Risk Adjustment Analytics Director, and will oversee a team of 4 Business Intelligence Analysts. This role will be primarily responsible for handling all data needs for the system’s Health Plans Department, providing executives and teams with data points to assist them with the business decision-making process. The Business Intelligence Manager will have the wonderful opportunity to serve as a subject matter expert and go-to person for all business intelligence, data analysis, decision support, and delivery options.
The Health System Manager Business Intelligence must possess a strong foundation of understanding of different health plans, previous experience in health plan decision support, healthcare operations, analytics, coding, and collaboration with various departments and teams. Prior experience with Microsoft, Tableau, SaaS, ServiceNow, data modeling, dashboard creation, and business intelligence is required. A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is also required for this role.
This role will be full-time on-site in the hospital’s corporate office, situated in the greater Dallas Fort Worth area which is home to an array of exciting activities, events, shopping centers, restaurants, sports, and more. The DFW Metropolitan area contains some of the best school districts in the State of Texas, making it a great place to raise a family. These sister cities will allow for the Healthcare Business Intelligence Manager to relax and enjoy their off-time with so much to see and do.
