Job Title: Junior Devops Analyst

Job Location: Hyderabad, Indore,

Experiences: 1-2 Years

Work Timings: Rotational shifts for Prod support (Morning and Second)

Job Description:

• 1+ years overall experience in DevOps role
• DevOps Engineer with experience in monitoring, troubleshooting and support of infra and DevOps components
• Support rapid development and engineering productivity via release engineering, CI/CD automation, build tools.
• Perform health checks Apps/Infra to identify and pro-actively pre-empt issues from occurring (verification, alerts, etc).
• Work closely with engineering or DevOps teams to debug and fix issues as they arise.
• Participate in on-call rotations and be responsible for infrastructure and platform level escalations.
• Participate in Daily (Standup) Production Reviews
• Research, learn, adopt, customize, and create tools to improve the observability, resilience, and usability of applications in scope
• Create and maintain DevOps related documentation (solution repository, Root Cause Analysis Reports etc)

Mandatory Skills:

• Experience with DevOps components like Azure DevOps, Git Hub and CI/CD pipelines .
• Basic exposure to Azure services like Storage, DevOps, Service Bus, Logic and Function Apps, Vaults
• Awareness of Cloud concepts including Azure and AWS Cloud basics
• Experience with supporting incidents and troubleshooting DevOps issues
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Flexibility to work in client preferred shifts

Desired Skills:

• Experience in one or more of Cloud/Infrastructure tools – Rancher, JFrog Artifactory, Sysdig, Portworx, Calico, Hashicorp Vault
• Experience working on at least 1 public cloud platform – AWS, Azure
• Experience in IaaS tools like CFT, Terraform
• Expertise in alert & monitoring scripts for applications & servers using Python and/or Shell Script.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
