Cloudsoftsync is looking for Entry level Business Analyst. A Business Analyst will act as a bridge between operational and functional groups within business units to help delivery members

Responsibilities:

• Coordinates with users to determine and document business and user requirements, process flow definitions, and functional specifications.
• Responsible for document repositories, maintenance, and updates of project documentation library.
• Conduct daily stand-up meetings and ensure team members are following Scrum framework
• Facilitate sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings
• Assist Product Owner in maintaining and prioritizing product backlog
• Track and report team progress using Agile metrics such as burndown charts and velocity.
• Write stories to give more understanding to the developer team to develop product.
• Analyse the vision and scope of new projects, services and software’s.
• Make presentations and arrange meetings to discuss data driven changes and improvements.
• Collect customer feedback and concerns through surveys, questionnaires or workshops.
• Optimize budget for various requirements and ensure cost efficiency
• Effectively communicate the needs and concerns of the users to the stakeholders.

Qualification:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in any technology
• 0-1 year of experience
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and prioritise work.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and research complex issues

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
