Job Profile :Due Diligence Team Lead / Risk Analyst Team Lead

Experience : 6+ years (2+years in team handling role)

Shift Timing :04:00 pm to 12:00 am/ 11:30 pm to 7:30 am

Working Days :Monday-Friday

Roles and Responsibilities:-
1.Effective interpersonal skills for frequent interaction with internal and external colleagues
2.Required candidates from due diligence, background check in research.
3.Self-motivated, energetic and tenacious
4.Inquisitive with a desire to do more constantly raising the bar on his/her own performance
5.Strong ability to be creative, analytical and detail-oriented
6.Manage administrative functions, such as timekeeping and attaching documents to the company database
7.Ability to prioritise and complete multiple tasks
8.Strong sense of urgency; has a sense of commitment and responsibility
9.Must be able to meet deadlines
10Alert, persuasive and flexible.
11.Scan and analyze adverse media reports on prospective to be hired candidates and provide documentation support by capturing all the relevant findings
12.Investigate high risk details and report wherever necessary, including but not limited to Politically Exposed Persons
13.Update internal database with the findings on prospective candidates for future reference
14. Good understanding of due diligence regulations, policies, and procedures
14.Ability to manage requests efficiently and in a timely manner
15.Communicate effectively and efficiently with relevant internal team members, managers, SPOCs, etc.
16.Proficient in the usage of tools like Factiva, LexisNexis, Advanced Google Search, etc.
17.Experience with AML/KYC monitoring and screening would be an added advantage
18.The shortlisted individual should have total 6-9 years of relevant experience in due diligence, KYC, AML processes, with minimum operational experience of 2-3 years at least
19.He/She should possess good understanding of due diligence regulations, policies, and procedures
20.Should have team management and external stakeholder management experience
21.Proficiency in MS Office with experience in managing reports, dashboards and MIS will be helpful
Key Responsibilities:
1.The desired candidate will manage a team of analysts. He will be responsible for team meeting benchmarks, handling escalations, if any.
2.Would be responsible for training and mentoring of team members
3.Would be responsible for making internal processes robust and efficient
4.Should be able to integrate the team into one cohesive unit
