Job location: Chennai/Pune
Job description:
- 5-6 years of IT experience
- Strong testing background (leading, planning & execution of testing activities)
- Strong SQL skills (coding complex logic), a requirement is that they can also code the test logic.
- Good at writing HiveQL and Impala queries.
- Python scripting (should be able to understand / create functions)
- Understanding of Spark (should be able to run SQL in Spark)
- Basic understanding of Hive or Teradata or any similar Datawarehouse
- Basic Big Data environments understanding
- Previously worked with Databases, and objects (tables, views) within databases.
Exposure to big data technologies (Hadoop).
