Job Summary
Cognizant is looking for a Sr. Business Analyst with 10+ years of experience preferable in the Digital Commerce space. Cognizant needs a motivated individual to challenge the status quo and provide thought leadership/best practices to enhance our current services and technologies.

Business Analyst for highly transactional omni channel e-commerce websites, experienced in Retail and e-commerce domains:
- Develop scalable solutions/self-serve platforms that will provide data/KPIs to inform business decision making
- Work closely with business managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and work on solutions.
- Monitoring existent metrics, analyzing data, and partnering with internal teams to identify process and system improvement opportunities.
- Identify and review ideas and use cases and clarify how they differ from existing solutions.
- Discover and define mobile applications requirements to meet business goals and needs.
- Discover how to partner with project Manager to provide business evaluation, feature recommendations and on-going support for mobile apps
- Understand the initiatives throughout the mobile app project life cycle, including discovery and initial assessment, program and/or requirements definition, implementation, and ongoing measurement and reporting
- Understand how to review and supervise mobile design components
- Identifying key areas for improvements, such as audience, acquisition, behavior, and conversions.
- Monitoring and analyzing e-commerce metrics and figures.
- Transforming e-commerce data into operational insights.
- Ensure data accuracy by validating existing data sources, reports and ensuring data integrity
- Maintain BI tools dashboards to be used for self-serve reporting, and other adhoc analysis
- Accelerate progress by driving crisp and timely decisions, clearing blockers (e.g., “Path to green”), and by escalating appropriately
- Good understanding of ecom domain and fair knowledge on checkout, payment, shipping, and order life cycle.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, active listening, and client interaction skills
- Has a strong analytical, strategic, and solutions-oriented approach and experience
- Exposure to international clients across various geographical locations
- Involved and experienced in handling complex multi teams’ projects with onsite/offshore model
- Preferred:
- Experience in Jira, Microsoft tools, design, and prototyping tools
