Key Responsibilities
- Review operational functional area processes
- Review operational functional area SOPs
- Develop diagrams depicting overarching operational organization
- Assist in linking functional area SOPs to overarching operational SOP
- Assist in development of POC list of key personnel by operational functional area
- Assist Operations Manager in interpreting and reporting SLAs
- Assist Operations Manager in documenting lessons learned in order to streamline operational tasks and processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (8 years of additional experience may be substituted for education)
- Demonstrated success as a Project Analyst
- Experience in the creation of routine and ad hoc reports.
- Experience in creating, applying, and maintaining tools to track program, project, or task performance data, including cost, schedule, velocity, and other project metrics a plus
- Experience developing and reviewing project documentation, such as project management plans, business / technical requirements, standard operating procedure (SOP) and other project artifacts
- Experience in tracking project deliverables and providing project support
- Experience with schedule creation and management
- Must be able to provide oral and written discussion of issues using narrative and graphic forms
- Must have knowledge to be able to gather the appropriate data that will be used to plan, analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of the project delivery
- Must be able to use qualitative and quantitative analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of the operations and support the PM in all aspects of the project, including (but not limited to) customer relations, sub-contractor partner relations, project finances, team management, schedule, risk management, process management, delivery and overall project performance.
- Familiarity with risk and issues management
- Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills

- Demonstrated experience in Security Management
- Lean Six Sigma Training
- COMPASS Training
- Demonstrated competencies in MS Project, teams, visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
