Job Location: Bangalore
This position is for an established Machine Learning Engineer that will helpthe Integrated Digital Solutions group part of the Connected Aviation Solutions BU towards MLOps. Transforms analytics, models, and other prototype products developed by data scientist to production for end-user value. Implements and maintains infrastructure, frameworks, tools, and capabilities.
Primary Responsibilities:

Work with data science team members to optimize, tweak, and deploy analytics and models and maintain production functionality.

Build and deploy user-friendly data science infrastructure, frameworks, tools, and automation.

Design and implement infrastructure towards MLOps including being able to conduct rapid analysis and experiments, modularized code for components and pipelines, and CI/CD of models.

Build and maintain analytic and model pipelines and establish best practices and standards for their development.

Works independently and remotely but interacts daily with rest of data science team.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (typically in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations OR
- Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
- 3+ years of experience with ML infrastructures, frameworks and ML DevOps
- Strong programming and software engineering skill, coding experience with any of the following Python, R, Matlab, DAX, VBA, SQL.
- Knowledge of frameworks such as Keras, PyTorch, Tensorflow
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card).
- Effective remote working skills including self-motivation, ability to work independently, well-adversed in digital collaboration tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with MLOps frameworks like KubeFlow, MLFlow, DataRobot, AutoML
- Certifications in machine learning or MLOps
- Cloud platform experience and associated automation technologies, especially Azure or AWS.
- Experience with RShiny, Plotly, Kubernetes, Docker.
- Dashboarding experience in Tableau, PowerBI, or similar reporting tool.
- Experience with aviation datasets.
- Leadership experience
