OpEx Data Analyst
The Opportunity
Manage data and business system related activities in support of key operational initiatives
Collect data from various sources at site and input into selected software/databases
Assist in SAP ERP implementation at site including item setup, BOM s/routings, warehouse data, et. Al.
Drive relevant data governance in SAP/other software
Analyze the data for discrepancies and identify errors and abnormalities in the Data Structure and work with data owners to fix data issues.
Develop a remediation plan to prevent future data issues.
Assist in business case development of further systems enhancements or other software technologies considered for the site
Work closely with business owners, stakeholders, key business partners and various technology teams to understand business objectives and gather data requirements.

Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience within supply chain, manufacturing and/or Operations experience is good (No retail or service background)
- Education – Associates degree is good, or someone that is in school working toward their Bachelors degree
- Ability to do basic SAP implementation, material routing, data governance, manipulate data, find errors in data, work with key stakeholders, fix data abnormalities, prevent data errors, put remedial work plans in place, do continuous improvement, work within Excel spreadsheets most of the time
- Will work with Senior level Analysts who can mentor
- Must be motivated, analytical, computer saavy with computer skills
- SAP and ERP experience would be good

- Knowledge of operations, standards and documentation; ability and aptitude to use various types of databases and other computer software; strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to form and develop interpersonal, professional relationships; display socially and professionally appropriate behavior; ability to quickly gain knowledge, understanding or skills and is willing to learn.
