Key accountabilities
- Accounting of financial transactions as per Colt’s policies and procedures
- Ensure Statutory Compliance and filings
- Timeliness and accuracy of reconciliations
- Timeliness and accuracy of reports
- Timeliness and accuracy of other deliverables
Relationships and key contacts
- Different teams within DCS and India SSC e.g. Business , Procurement , Taxation, Intercompany, Billing, IT, Accounts Payable, Finance etc.
- Finance teams based in Europe
Role specific requirements
Skills & Experience
Essential
Relevant financial experience in an international and/or complex environment, with a proven broad knowledge of financial practices and procedures
Direct track record and experience in role purpose and accountabilities
- Good Accounting & Taxation knowledge
- Understanding of Financial Statements.
- Handling Audits (Internal / Statutory)
- Subject Matter Expert in relevant Functional Area
- Exposure to ERP Systems (preferably SAP)
- Excellent MS office skills especially Excel
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Excellent financial system knowledge and financial reporting
- Proven ability to work with minimal direction

Qualifications
