Job Summary

Responsible for a variety of programs and activities supporting both change management and the Organizational Acceleration (OA)team. Work will involve significant planning, coordinating ,and communicating with an emphasis on attention to detail and meeting strict deadlines. The ability to swivel across multiple activities and flex with unplanned requests will be critical. Strong Powerpoint and written/verbal communication skills will be essential.


Job Description


Core Responsibilities

  • Coordinates activities for our Change Management Adoption Network including bi-weekly meeting agendas and monthly Playbook creation
  • Acts as the lead point of contact and logistics coordinator for Change Management training courses and programs
  • Assists experienced Adoption leads with the execution of tactics and activities to facilitate the people side of change on company-wide projects and initiatives
  • Coordinates monthly OA department meetings, Professional Development Days, and acts as the eNPS department point of contact
  • Assists with logistics and planning for Collaborative Rapid Decisioning (CRD) sessions and other end-user experience design activities
  • Creates Powerpoint presentations for a variety of meetings and projects that tell a compelling and succinct story to the end-user
  • Supports all members of the OA team to complete critical tasks to meet project deadlines
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Additional Requirements:

  • Certified Prosci Change Management training helpful
  • Communication and/or training experience helpful
  • Advanced PowerPoint, Teams, and Excel skills
  • Proven ability to self-direct work efforts
  • Strong presentation and communications skills
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism
  • Flexibility and ability to think quickly and adapt as needed
  • Has a service delivery mindset

Education

Bachelor’s Degree

While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
