What You ll Be Doing
As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with Data Science / Engineering / Product / Operations teams to build state-of-the-art ML based solutions for B2B SaaS products.
- Apply excellent problem solving skills to deconstruct and formulate solutions from first-principles
- Work on data science roadmap and build the core engine of our flagship CommerceIQ product
- Collaborate with the Data Science team to set up end to end data science solutions such as forecasting, classification or predictive analytics for new customers
- Maintain Data Science modules for model and data quality. Conduct deep dive analysis and create reports on aberrant data/model performance
- Deliver insight, analysis using statistical tools, data visualization, and business use case to product and business team
- Identify opportunities in the existing solutions and improve the solutions with new development
- Build maintain dashboards for tracking business performance and product adoption
What we are looking for –
- Bachelor s or Masters in Computer Science or Maths/Stats from a reputed college with 3+ years of experience in data analysis, RCA or data science problems
- 2+ hands-on programming skills and ability to write modular and scalable code in Python/R. Knowledge of SQL is required
- Strong spoken and written communication skills, able to explain complex ideas in a simple, intuitive manner, write/maintain good technical documentation on projects
- Experience in delivering products as end-to-end data solutions (from data pipelining to analysis, presenting, and scalable adaption)
- Comfortable working both independently with minimal guidance and in a team setting
- Ability to use critical thinking daily to manage daily tasks while being goal-oriented
- Ability to transform an ambiguous business problem into a well-scoped and impactful analysis
